A welcoming 10’ x 50’ covered front porch offers a perfect spot to unwind, while the back porch extends the invitation to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The stone landscaping adds a touch of elegance and natural beauty to the property’s exterior, creating an inviting ambiance for outdoor gatherings and relaxation.
Connecting convenience and functionality, a breezeway leads to the carport, with a concrete pad and walkway providing easy access to the back porch.
Interior
The barndominium’s interior boasts an expansive open living space, measuring 25’ x 40’, ideal for gathering, dining, cooking food, and entertainment purposes.
With four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, it offers ample accommodations for both family and guests.
Living & Dining Areas
The front door, windowed for natural light, leads into this space.
The living and dining area features a roomy layout with an oversized sectional couch and a standard, non-peaked ceiling,
Recessed lighting, dropped lighting in the dining area, and a ceiling fan offer ambient lighting and air circulation, with HVAC vents discreetly tucked within the stunning stained wooden ceiling paneling.
The floor is elegantly sealed concrete, complemented by throw carpets.
Positioned by a window, both areas provide a welcoming ambiance.
A 6-seater dining table is visible, and part of the kitchen countertop shows additional seating.
Kitchen
The kitchen boasts a distinctive U-shaped countertop layout with a smaller butcher block island nestled within.

The 9’-6” high stained ceiling boards and wood-paneled walls add character.
