The ceilings reach a comfortable height of 12 feet, with a dramatic vaulted design soaring to 14 feet at the center of the Great Room. 

Ken took pride in his choice of two remote-controlled fans, seamlessly integrated with WiFi, offering both functionality and convenience.

Sleek black interior doors add a touch of modern elegance to the space.

Notably, the design includes a thoughtful touch: An entry closet adorned with shelving and a clever Murphy door, demonstrating attention to both style and practicality.


The kitchen features an island and ample white cabinetry, complemented by stainless steel appliances and a convenient beverage fridge.

The pantry door is to the right of the oven.

They opted for pendant lighting over the sink, allowing a breathtaking view through the window.

In this bathroom, the 3’ x 6’ shower is complemented by a 12’ x 6’ bathroom space, designed with handicapped accessibility in mind. 

The flooring between the shower and toilet is open for easy movement, and a bench in the shower area enhances functionality. 

Countertops in the bathrooms are adorned with basin sinks and crafted from butcher block.

They’re sealed with outdoor water-based spar urethane for lasting durability.

The master shower, measuring 4’ x 8’, is adorned with teak wall tiles. 

Ken set the drain himself to avoid complications with drainage. 

It boasts glass doors, dual shower heads, and a wall-length bench. 

The polished floors ensure safety, being intentionally non-slippery. 

The master closet seamlessly connects with the master bath, promoting ease of use.
