The McPhersons used smart trim siding with an iron ore exterior color, making it charming and durable.
What’s unique is that they built the barn under the house – a clever choice! And don’t worry, the horses downstairs don’t bother them – they spray foamed in between to keep the smells separate.
Living Area
The living area features walls in Sherwin Williams 7006 extra white, custom-designed interior doors, and a rich dark walnut stain on oak and maple.
The floors are builder grade knotty hickory, giving a rustic touch.
The interior boasts stunning features like a beautiful chandelier and a skylight that bathes the space in natural light.
The exposed wooden beams in the ceiling add a touch of rustic sophistication.
