Step inside, and you’ll find two generously sized bedrooms and two full baths, offering ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Plus, the Owen family added a convenient half bath in the shop area for those moments when they’re busy with projects.

The pictures below of their haven were taken when it was still a work in progress, with some bare walls and TV cords to address, but they have officially moved in and are loving every moment of barndominium living.

The Owen’s home features a charcoal gray exterior with white trim and a galvanized roof.
The top three windows were a last-minute addition due to insufficient natural light from the large windows by the glass door, and are responsible for illuminating the interior space.
From the side view, the barndo showcases an L-shaped porch and 2 entrances to the garage. 
The exquisite stained porch posts are finished in the elegant Riverwood shade by Sherwin Williams.
Living Area
The living area is adorned with a cozy brick fireplace nestled in the corner, providing a warm focal point for gatherings.
The couch has been customized to perfection, with different sections carefully chosen, including the coveted corner piece, ensuring both comfort and style.
As seen in this picture, there is a seamless transition between the living area and kitchen.
Kitchen
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances that make cooking a breeze.
The highlight is a pristine white farmhouse sink, cleverly integrated into the island on the side closest to the wall of ample all-white cabinetry.
This custom-built island, measuring a generous 8×5 feet, not only offers plenty of prep space but also comfortably seats four.
Bedrooms
This lovely home boasts two bedrooms, with the master bedroom being the focal point. The master bedroom is spacious, accommodating large bedroom furniture with ease.
