Pre-Designed Floor Plans
Back Forty Buildings has 39 different barndominium floor plans to choose from. These range from starter homes with just a single bedroom to palatial barndominiums with six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
Because these are plans only with no supplies or labor costs, the prices of the plans are all between $1,000 and $1,700. Each plan includes:

- A roof and lighting plan

Steel-build Compatible Plans
Although their focus and passion started with barndominiums, Back Forty Buildings provides floor plans with multiple uses. Their plans are also compatible with a steel build, as well as post frame, stick build, and hybrid construction.
Manufacturing Bid Options
While Back Forty Buildings doesn’t explicitly offer kits, they can work with their customers to give a competitive bid for manufacturing the materials needed for their new home.
Within ten days, Back Forty Buildings will provide a bid from their network of manufacturers, including a breakdown of the estimated costs.
