Exterior
The exterior of the house boasts a welcoming covered front porch, spanning 560 square feet and stretching 10 x 56 feet in dimensions, all complemented by the convenience of an attached 2-car garage.
At the back of the house, there are exciting plans in the works, including the addition of a porch and a dedicated grilling area, perfect for outdoor gatherings and relaxation.
Living Area
The living area features plush carpeting, a beautifully clear-coated wood ceiling treated with three coats of finish, a spacious sectional sofa, and large dual windows that flood the space with natural light.
Kitchen
The kitchen is a haven of functionality with its plentiful hickory cabinets, tiled backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. 
A wooden ceiling lends a touch of rustic charm, while a large window over the sink brings in natural light and a lovely view. To complete the space, there’s plenty of room for a dining table.

It features a full shower and tub combination, a vanity for convenience, and soothing green-painted walls, creating a tranquil and refreshing atmosphere.
Laundry Room
The large laundry room boasts a convenient array of features, including shelving, matching flooring, cabinets, and a closet.
Notably, these cabinets were originally intended for the kitchen but ended up here due to a mix-up with the cabinet order.
Two of them turned out to be the wrong size for the kitchen, so they found a new purpose in the utility room while the correct ones were reordered for the kitchen.
Floor Plan
The McCallister family’s home was a labor of love, created without a predefined floor plan.
They sketched out their vision and built from there, resulting in a unique and personalized layout that perfectly suited their needs and desires.
