Greg James Designs has an extensive stock of pre-designed barndominium floor plans. Each plan is a flat $1,800 and includes a full set of buildable plans as well as three hours of revisions as needed.

Custom Barndominium Plans
If you want a customized set of plans for your barndominium, Greg James Designs offers custom metal and post and frame building plans.
Each plan includes:
- Quality architectural floor plans
- Elevations
- 3D renderings
- Preliminary construction plans
For an additional fee, Greg James Designs will also include a site plan or more detailed interior design work.
It’s important to note that Greg James Designs does not include architectural stamps or permits and other regulatory requirements. They will, however, include engineer plans as well as framing and HVAC plans for an additional cost.
Home Renovation and Remodeling
Greg James Designs offers plans for interior renovation and complete remodeling plans for barndominiums.
